For Emergency Treatment at Network Hospital
- The Insured has to fill the Cashless request form and fax it to the number indicated on the form.
- On Approval of Cashless Request, the Bills will be settled directly with the Hospital.
For Planned Treatment
- Policy Holder has to select the Network Hospital for Admission and Submit the Cashless Request Form Four Days before the treatment.
- The Insurer will intimate the Hospital and the Insurer by SMS/Email within 6 hours of receipt of the Cashless request form.
- On Approval of Cashless Request, the Bills will be settled directly with the Hospital.
- If the Claim is Rejected, the Insurer will pay the amount within 21 days from the receipt of the complete documents.
Reimbursement Claim Process for Bharti AXA Health Insurance
- The Policy Holder has to intimate the Insurer about the admission in Non-Network Hospital within 48 hours of admission to the number in the Claim Form.
- The Insured have to pay all the bills regarding the treatment.
- Submit Signed Claim Form and all Documents relating to treatment to the TPA.
- TPA will review the Documents and amount will be paid within 21 days from the date of receipt of Documents.
