7 Steps for Cashless Cigna TTK Claim Process for Health Insurance

  1. The Insured have to Intimate about Claim to the Insurer by calling the Insurer at 1-800-10-24462. The Policy Holder has to Intimate about Claim within 48 hours in case of emergency hospitalization and before 3 days for Planned Admission.
  2. The Policy Holder have to show the Cigna TTK health card and valid photo ID to the network hospital so that they will contact the Insurer for the cashless hospitalization process.
  3. The Hospital will send the preauthorization request form along with the treatment details and the estimated cost to the Insurer.
  4. If the provided information is Sufficient, the Insurer will send the Authorization Letter to the Network Hospital.
  5. If the Policy Holder requests for the Updates from Claims Service Associate, they will help you to go through Forms and Paper Work.
  6. The hospital will send the Hospital Bill and Discharge Summary to the Insurer and on receipt of Final Authorization Letter from the Insurer the Hospital will discharge the Insured.
  7. The Claim Documents will be sent to the Insurer by the Hospital, and the Claim amount will be paid to the Hospital Directly.

Reimbursement Claim Process for Cigna TTK Health Insurance

The Following are the steps for Cigna TTK Health Insurance Claim Process for Reimbursement.

  1. The Insured have to Intimate about Claim to the Insurer by calling the Insurer at 1-800-10-24462. The Policy Holder has to Intimate about Claim within 48 hours in case of emergency hospitalization and before 3 days for Planned Admission.
  2. The Insured have to take treatment in the Hospital and Pay the Bills regarding the Treatment.
  3. At the time of discharge from the Hospital, the Policy Holder has to collect all the Bills related to treatment from the Hospital.
  4. Fill the Claim Form and Submit the Claim Form along with the Claim Documents at the nearest Cigna TTK Branch. Submit the Documents within 15 days from the date of Discharge.
  5. If the Provided information in Claim Documents is Sufficient, the Insured will accept the Claim.
  6. The Payment will be made to Insured through EFT or through cheque/DD if the Claim is approved by the Insurer.
