ECGC Exporter Login Process

- Click on the ‘Customer Sign in‘, which is at the right side of the page for the ECGC Login.

- By clicking on the ‘Customer Sign in’ option, you will identify the 2 options.
- One is Exporter and the other is Bankers.
- In that 2 options, customers have to select the Exporters option as shown below.
- After clicking the exporters option, you will be directed to the Exporters Login page as shown below.

- In that, they ask the User Id and Password.
- Fill the details of User Id and Password and click on the ‘Sign in’ option.
- Now you can check the further details using ECGC Login.
What Should I do to Change Password for ECGC Login?
During ECGC Login, if you want to change your password please follow the below steps and retrieve your new password.
- If the customer forgets his/her password, then click on the ‘Change Password’ as shown below.

- Now, you have to fill the details like User Id, current password, new password, Re – enter the new password and click on the ‘save’ option.
ECGC Login Process for New User
For ECGC Login, registration is mandatory. Following are the steps to get registered into the ECGC for the customer.
- If the customer is a new user, then he/she visit the official website and click on the Customer Sign in option.
- In that ‘First Login’ is the option below the Customer Sign in which is shown below.

- After filling all the details, the customer has to click on ‘Next’ option.
- And fill the details in the Next page.
- Then you will get the successful registration message.
- Now, you can Login with your email id and password.
What Should I do if I have the Trouble during ECGC Sign in?
During ECGC Login, if you get the sign in problem then follow the below steps to retrieve your ECGC Login.
- If the customer is a new user, then he/she visit the official website.
- In that click the ‘Customer Sign in’ option.
- After clicking on the ‘Customer Sign in’ option, you will observe the ‘Trouble Sign in’ option as shown below.

- Click that ‘Trouble Sign in’ option, you will be directed to the Trouble Sign in Page as shown below.

- And fill the details in the Next page.
