- The Insured have to inform the Call Center about the Admission in Network Hospital as soon as possible.
- Fill the Pre-authorization form available at Hospital and get it certified by the Doctor you are taking treatment.
- Fax the Pre-authorization form along with the Medical Records to the TPA to the number mentioned in your Health card.
- The TPA will access the Documents submitted and informs the decision to the Hospital Authorities.
- If the Claim is Approved, the Insured Hospital Bills will be directly settled to the Hospital by the Insurer.
- The Insured have to pay the Hospital Bills and apply for Reimbursement if Cashless Claim is not approved.
HDFC Ergo Claim Process for Cashless Health Insurance Of Planned Hospitalization
- The Insured have to select the Network Hospital from the List of HDFC Ergo Network Hospital List for treatment.
- The Insured have to inform the Third Party Administrator (TPA) about the Admission in Network Hospital at least 48-72 hours before Admission.
- Fill the Pre-authorization Form available at Hospital and get it certified by the Doctor you are taking treatment.
- Fax the Pre-authorization Form along with the Medical Records to the TPA.
- The TPA will access the Documents submitted and informs the decision to the Hospital Authorities.
- If the Claim is Approved, the Insured Hospital Bills will be directly settled to the Hospital by the Insurer.
