Claims Serviced through External TPAs
The Two Ways of IFFCO Tokio Claim Procedure for Health Insurance through External TPAs are
- Cashless Claim.
- Reimbursement Claim.
1. Cashless Claim Procedure
In Cashless Claim, there are two types. They are
- Emergency Admission.
- Planned Admission.
Cashless IFFCO Tokio Claim Procedure for Emergency Admission
- The Insured have to Intimate the TPA through Toll-Free No. about the Emergency Admission.
- Fill the Cashless Request Form and Fax the Form, Medical Reports to the TPA.
- On Approval of Cashless Request, the Bills will be settled by TPA Directly.
- If the Cashless Claim is not approved, apply for Reimbursement.
Cashless Claim Procedure for Planned Admission
- Policy Holder has to select the Network Hospital for Admission and Intimate the TPA before Three Days of Admission.
- Fill the Cashless Request Form and Fax the Form, Medical Reports to the TPA.
- On Approval of Cashless Request, the Bills will be settled by TPA Directly.
- If the Cashless Claim is not approved, apply for Reimbursement.
2. Reimbursement IFFCO Tokio Claim Procedure
- If you go to the Non-Network hospital, you have to pay the hospital bill.
- Then send claim documents along with IFFCO Tokio Claim Form to the company for reimbursement.
- After the verification, the IFFCO Tokio company pays the amount to the Insured.

IFFCO Tokio provides Claim Services on the Official Website. The Insured has to use the Login Name and Password to Login into the Insured Account. - Log on to Official Website www.iffcotokio.co.in.
- On the Top Right Corner of the Home page, you will find Claims, Click on Claims Option.
- Click on Claim Procedure, the below image appears on the screen.
- Click on Claims Serviced by IFFCO TOKIO Directly, The Below image appears.
- Click on Customer Login, the below window appears on the screen.
- Fill the Login Name and Password and Click on Go.
- The Insured can Claim the Policy using the Insured Login.

- Policyholder needs to intimate the company about the damage to your vehicle.
- The Insured has to Submit the Claim Form with estimation of the loss occurred.
- Then the company will register the claim.
