  1. Cashless Claim process for Emergency Hospitalization.
  2. Cashless Claim process for Planned Hospitalization.

6 Steps for Cashless Claim Process for L&T Health Insurance Emergency Hospitalization

  1. The Insured have to Intimate about L&T Insurance Claim within 24 hours to L& T Insurance by contacting Toll-Free: 1800-209-5846 when admitted in the Network Hospital for Treatment.
  2. Fill the Cashless Pre-authorization Form available at Hospital Counter.
  3. The Hospital Cashless Counter will fax the Pre-authorization Form and documents to the L&T Insurance.
  4. The Claim Reference Number will be sent to the Insured, and approval/rejection of Claim will be intimated to the Policy Holder within 6 hours.
  5. On Acceptance of Claim by L & T Insurance, the Bills are directly settled with the Hospital by the Insurer when the Insured is discharged from the Hospital.
  6. If the L&T Insurance Claim is rejected by the Insurer, apply for Reimbursement.

L and T Insurance Claim Process for Cashless Health Insurance of Planned Hospitalization

  1. The Insured have to select the Network Hospital from the List of L&T Network Hospital List for treatment.
  2. The Insured have to inform the L&T Insurance about the Admission in Network Hospital at least 72 hours before Admission.
  3. Fill the Pre-authorization Form available at Hospital Counter.
  4. Fax the Pre-authorization Form along with the required documents to the L&T Insurance.
  5. Claim Reference Number will be sent to the Insured, and approval/rejection of Claim will be intimated to the Policy Holder within 6 hours.
  6. If the Claim is Approved, the Insured Hospital Bills will be directly settled to the Hospital by the Insurer.
  7. The Insured have to pay the Hospital Bills and apply for Reimbursement if Cashless Claim is not approved.

L and T Health Insurance Reimbursement Claim Process are of two types. They are.

  1. Reimbursement Claim process for Emergency Hospitalization.
  2. Reimbursement Claim process for Planned Hospitalization.

  1. The Insured have to select the Network Hospital from the List of L&T Network Hospital List for treatment.
  2. The Insured have to inform the L&T Insurance about the Admission in Network Hospital at least 72 hours before Admission through Toll-Free 1800-209-5846.
  3. The Claim Reference Number will be sent to the Insured on Claim Intimation through TollFree or email at myhealthclaim@ltinsurance.com or intimate through L&T Website www.ltinsurance.com.
  4. Complete the Treatment in Hospital and Settle all the Medical Expenses to the Hospital.
  5. Collect the Medical Bills from Hospital and apply for Reimbursement.

Claim Process for L&T Car Insurance

The Claim Process for L&T Car Insurance is available below.

  1. The Insured have to Intimate about Claim by calling the Toll-Free No of L&T Insurance 1800 209 5846 within 24 hours of the accident.
  2. The Representative of L&T Insurance will give the Claim Reference Number to the Policy Holder and guides the Insured about the next steps of L and T Insurance Claim Process.
  3. The Insurer will appoint a Surveyor to inspect the Vehicle and Submit the necessary documents to the Company.
  4. The Surveyor will inspect the Vehicle and gives approval for L&T Insurance Claim.
  5. The Insurer will pay the Bill amount to the Garage in the case of Cashless Claim.
  6. In Case of Reimbursement, the Insured have to pay the Bill directly to the Garage and apply for Reimbursement.
