  1. The Claim is to be Registered by the Policy Holder either by the following options.
    • Call Liberty Videocon  Toll Free Number 1800 266 5844 between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
    • Visit Liberty Videocon General Insurance nearest branch office.
    • Mail to Liberty Videocon on care@libertyvideocon.com.
    • Send a written intimation letter to Liberty Videocon registered office or the applicable branch office by post or courier.
  2. Libert Videocon Insurance representative will get in touch with Insured for further details as required.
  3. The Surveyor will organise a survey inside city limits within in 24 hours & outside city limits within 48 hours.
  4. Once the vehicle is moved to a garage, Surveyor will need the relevant documents at the garage to verify.
  • If the vehicle is repaired at Liberty Videocon network garage or preferred garage, Company will pay the due amount directly to the garage as per motor insurance policy terms. However, the difference from total bill, if any, on account of policy conditions and additional repairs will have to be paid by you directly to the garage.
  • If the vehicle is repaired at other than preferred garage, the claim will be processed as a reimbursement claim. In this scenario, the loss amount evaluated as company responsibility will be paid directly to Insured within 7 working days from the date of submission.
