1. The Policy Holder has to select the Network Hospital and call the Star Health Toll Free Helpline 1800 425 2255 for Intimation of a Claim.
2. Collect the Pre-Authorization Form from the Hospital Helpdesk and Fill the Form.
3. The Hospital Helpdesk will fax the duly filled Pre-Authorization Form to the numbers such as Toll-Free 1800 425 5522 or Non-Toll Free No 044 28302200.
4. On Receipt of Pre-Authorization Form from the Hospital, The Insurer Doctor will access the Documents and Process the Claim according to the Terms and Conditions.
5. The Insurer will pay the expenses for treatment to the Hospital to settle the Claim.

Emergency Admission

1. The Family of the Insured has to Intimate about the accident or illness to Toll-Free Helpline 1800 425 2255.
2. Collect the Pre-Authorization Form from the Hospital Helpdesk and Fill the Form.
