2. Visit any of the Network Hospital along with your Health Serve Card and Collect the Cashless Request Form from the Hospital Insurance Helpdesk.
3. Fill the Cashless Request Form and Submit it to the Hospital Helpdesk.
4. Hospital sends the Cashless Request Form by Fax to Insurer Office Toll-Free 1800 200 9134.
5. The Insurer will review the Cashless Request Form and pays the Bills Directly to Hospital as per Terms and Conditions.

2. The TPA will provide Cashless Service for all conditions at all the Insurer Network Providers.

1. To File a Claim when you are in abroad, The Insured have to Contact the Helpline Numbers of the Overseas Assistance Provider.
2. Provide the necessary details to Overseas Assistance Provider while in abroad only, no claim will be paid if you return to India without intimation of Claim in abroad.
3. In the case of hospitalization, transportation for emergency services, Financial Emergency Assistance all the costs are directly settled by the Overseas Assistance Provider.
4. Reimbursement for all the Claims (except claims under Financial Emergency Assistance) will be paid in Indian Rupees by the Overseas Assistance Provider on the return back to India.
